FairFinds is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. Shipping is handled directly by sellers, and shipping terms may vary depending on the seller, item, and delivery location.

Estimated shipping costs and delivery timelines are shown on the product listing or at checkout.

Order Processing

Sellers are responsible for processing and shipping orders.

Processing times may vary by seller and are disclosed on the product listing. Orders are typically shipped within the timeframe stated by the seller after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping methods and carriers are selected by the seller.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • FairFinds does not control shipping carriers or delivery speed.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, high shipping volume, or events outside a seller’s control may occur. FairFinds does not guarantee delivery dates.

Risk of Loss and Transfer of Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for items purchased through FairFinds pass from the seller to the buyer when the seller delivers the package to the shipping carrier.

FairFinds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after transfer to the carrier.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

FairFinds and sellers are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Tracking Information

When available, sellers are expected to provide tracking information once an order ships.

If tracking details are not received, buyers may contact the seller through the FairFinds messaging system.

Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

If an order is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not received, or damaged in transit, buyers should contact the seller directly through FairFinds to resolve the issue.

If a buyer and seller cannot reach a resolution, FairFinds Support may assist in facilitating communication or reviewing the transaction in accordance with marketplace policies.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance, if any, is determined by the seller or carrier. FairFinds does not provide shipping insurance and is not responsible for uninsured shipments.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to the sender, refund eligibility and reshipping costs are determined by the seller’s return and shipping policies.

International Shipping

Some sellers may offer international shipping.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Force Majeure Shipping Disruptions

Shipping delays or failures caused by events outside a seller’s reasonable control — including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, or government actions — are not the responsibility of FairFinds.

FairFinds is not the seller of record and is not the shipping carrier.

Sellers are solely responsible for shipping fulfillment, carrier selection, packaging, and compliance with applicable shipping laws and regulations.
