Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Overview

FairFinds is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. Return and refund requests are handled according to this policy and the return terms disclosed on each product listing.

Most items on FairFinds are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Return Window

Buyers have 30 days from delivery to request a return, unless the seller specifies a different return window on the product listing.

Always review the return details shown on the product page before purchasing.

 

Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unaltered (unless sold as used)
  • With original packaging and accessories, if applicable

Items sold as used, pre-owned, or as-is must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

 

How Returns Work

To request a return, buyers must contact the seller directly through the FairFinds messaging system within the applicable return window shown on the product listing.

The seller is responsible for:

  • Reviewing the return request
  • Responding in a reasonable timeframe
  • Providing return instructions and a return shipping address if the return is approved

Items sent back without seller approval may not be accepted.

If a buyer and seller are unable to resolve a return directly, the buyer may contact FairFinds Support at shop@fairfinds.com, and FairFinds may assist in facilitating communication or reviewing the transaction in accordance with marketplace policies.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If an item is returned because it is damaged, defective, or not as described, the seller is responsible for return shipping.
  • For buyer-remorse returns (changed mind, ordered incorrectly, no longer needed), return shipping may be the buyer’s responsibility unless the seller states otherwise.

Return shipping responsibility is determined by the seller’s listing terms.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated on the listing, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear after delivery
  • Hazardous or prohibited materials


Exchanges

Sellers do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected by the seller:

  • The seller will approve or deny the refund
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
  • Bank or card processing times may vary

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact shop@fairfindsgolf.com.

 

European Union Buyers

If your item is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

All items are listed by independent sellers, and sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, and issuing refunds in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
