Purchase your shipping label through the seller dashboard and ship the item.Tracking is added automatically. Once delivery is confirmed, your payout is automatically released by Stripe and sent directly to your connected bank account.
Advanced Selling Tools
Can I sync my eBay listings?
Yes — Fair Finds offers optional eBay syncing for sellers who want to cross-list inventory. This feature is accessed through the extended seller tools inside ShipTurtle.
Your standard Fair Finds seller dashboard is all you need to list and sell on our marketplace. However, advanced sellers may choose to use ShipTurtle’s external tools to import existing eBay listings.
Note: eBay syncing is optional and requires logging into the ShipTurtle dashboard.

Available carrier options will be shown when you create your shipping label in the seller dashboard.
How quickly do I need to ship?
Sellers are expected to ship items within 2–3 business days of a sale.
What if there’s a shipping issue or delay?
If a delivery issue occurs, our support team will step in to help resolve it fairly for both sides.
